You'll see a clear notification before you're blocked — never a silent failure. You can either wait for the limit to reset at the start of next month (UTC), or purchase a one-time top-up pack instantly from your dashboard. Top-up credits never expire.
Monthly plan allowances reset each month and don't roll over — that's standard for SaaS. However, any top-up credits you purchase are permanent and roll over indefinitely until used.
Yes. Founding members keep $52.99/year for as long as they remain subscribed. If you cancel and resubscribe after the launch period, the then-current price applies. We will always give at least 90 days notice before any price change to non-founding members.
One document sent = one envelope sent to one or more signers. Whether you have 1 signer or 10 signers on the same document, it counts as one. Reminders and follow-ups on an existing sent document don't count as a new send.
No. AI features are fully managed by ZeroDocs — no API key required. The cost is built into your $52.99/year plan up to the monthly limits. Top-up packs cover additional AI usage if you need more.
Yes. The $52.99/year plan is per account, not per seat. A small team sharing an account is fine. Team accounts with individual logins, separate usage tracking, and admin controls are coming soon at a separate price point.
